Key Discussion Points:

The first workshop entailed a small organisation (moreYUM) that helped the team develop the ideas from the previous meeting. It included exercises which addressed each team members skills, what they’d like to learn from the project and something they did not want to learn. A detailed report of the workshop can be found HERE.

Targets for next meeting:

We all consolidated a plan for submission one, and then confirmed what each individual was going to do.

Targets for next meeting:

  1. Produce all the necessary documentation for submission one and create post templates for people to upload their own documents.
  2. Visuals team to collate all their material that they’ve done so far so there can be a ‘material bank’ for submission one.
  3. Audio team to do the same as the visuals team, taking care that everything is in a logical place.
  4. Documentation team to make sure everything reads well, is easy to locate and all the extra necessary documentation is complete.

2. Look into what kinds of software we can use for the submission
3. Give everyone tasks related to their team and their fields of work
4. Organise workshops for the second submission (everyone should be going to the same workshop (part 2)).

Meeting 8 – 28.02.2019

Alison House, Common Room

Targets for next meeting:

1. Building up an image of personality and then make people realise it is not what they thought
2. In unity the character reacts to what you pick in the personality test
3. How do we keep the user engaged for the while exhibition?
4. How do you track the answers/results? Does the user see their answers straight away (might affect their next answer)
5. Visuals and Adam to create a basic concept to present at next meeting
